This equipment is a patent product invented by Mr. Xueyi Sun, Vice-chairman
of the board and Chief Engineer (Senior Engineer). It is docked with four
large pieces, very convenient to move or load for transportation. This
has successfully solved the problem of damage for juicy fruits during
transportation and storage, thus realized the process of picking up fresh
fruits for fresh virgin juice, sterilization and extermination of enzymes
on worksite. No antiseptics added during the production. Products are
filled with sterilized tanks and have preserved virgin juice's flavor
and nutrition from fresh fruits and vegetables with the maximum limit.
Through two years' on-site processing tests, various kinds of technical
properties for the equipment are just fine. The norms of the products
tested by Shaanxi Provincial Quality Supervision Inspecting Institution
are all qualified.

The complete set of Type KXJ-01-1 Movable Fresh Fruit-vegetable Virgin
Juice Processing Equipment has been successfully developed by Mr. Sun

It has solved the problems of troublesome long-way transportation, storage
and on-site processing in the growing area for juicy fruits like Kiwi
fruit, sorosis, strawberry, cherry or hippophae phamnoides,etc. This achievement
has not only brought renovations to China's Fruit-vegetable virgin juice
processing technology and concerned equipment, but also gained excellent
social and ecological benefits. The equipment has the following characteristics:
1. The equipment has a style of its own system with complete functions
The complete set of the equipment consists of rinsing,
conveying, squeezing juice out of fruits, entensive seperation, extermenation
of enzymes, pasteurization, high temperature flash sterilization, steriled
tank filling, electronic measurement, electric-control device and movable
tent. It has reached the requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables
to be processed into virgin juice on the work-site with the integration
of extermination of enzymes, sterilization and sterilied tank filling,
thus has enabled those juicy fruits such as sorosis, kiwi fruit, hippophae
rhamnodies, strawberry and treeberry to be processed into commercial virgin
juice on the work-site and its value increased.
2. The structure of the equipment is compact and
movable
The equipment has adopted back-carrying type structure with narrow gap
between chasis and ground. When the machine doesn't work, it consists
of four pieces of separate chasis and the concerned device. It could be
moved to any dynamic vehicle (such as a truck or tractor) easily for long-way
transportation. During its transit, the length X width X height == 6.5
X 2.2 X 2.4(m). In the state of working, its periphery and top set-up
has light movable tent structure with hinges. The length X width X height
for the host== 5.2 X 3.6 X 9 (m). The entire structure weighs 2.8T. It
usually takes two hours for users to remove and two hours and a half to
complete operation set-up.
3. Low cost for processing in the fruit-vegetable
growing area
Owing to the fact that fresh fruits are purchased in the growing area,
better quality and higher quantity of virgin juice has been guaranteed.
Moreover, packing, half-way transit, storage, cost for long-way transportation
and damage plus mildew for primitive fruits during the transaction have
been saved, thus production cost has been reduced greatly and competitive
power for marketing has been raised.
4. Industry chains with a virtuous circle
Since the virgin juice out of fruits and vegetables has been collected
and processed just from the growing area, fruits residue and waste water
for cleaning fruits are left have been left in the growing area. Fermentative
fruits residue can be used as forage while waste water for irrigation,

This kind of equipment can allocate different kinds of pre-processing
mechanism so that various kinds of fruit-vegetables can be processed into
